We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order from Run It didn’t land the way it should have, we’ve got you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery — no cap. To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Packed in the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
What You Can’t Return
Used or damaged items caused by wear and tear
Custom artwork or one-of-one designs
Products returned after the 7-day window
How to Start a Return
Drop us an email at hello@runits.co with:
Your order ID
Photos of the product (if damaged)
A short note on why you’re returning
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it free of charge. Just let us know within the 7-day window.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
If you ever feel something’s off, just reach out. We don’t ghost our community — we run it back.
